Job description
Plant producing various fiberglass (laminate) parts – boat hulls, machinery, wind turbines and smaller components. Work with resin, casting molds, grinding and other tasks across the full production process. Women work with fiberglass application.
Initially 8 hours per day, after gaining skills up to 11 hours. Bonuses possible, plus a raise of up to 500 PLN after passing an exam after 3 months. After 3 months the rate increases, with another raise after 6 months.
Requirements
- Minimum work visa or biometric data

- Responsible approach to work
- Work clothes for the first 3 days
